As Director of Content Strategy, her greatest talent is taking complex content and simplifying it into concise, compelling prose. Jennifer holds an MA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she studied advertising and copywriting. When she’s not writing, you can find her spending time with her loved ones, including the newest member of the family — baby Violet!
