United Way of Greater Atlanta trusted Sol to bring CareerReady ATL to life — a youth-centered workforce development ecosystem that connects underserved youth to apprenticeships in high-demand industries. CareerReady ATL needed to show up in the world with a visual identity as distinct as the work it’s doing. Sol developed the program’s design language — illustration, animation, and presentation design that speaks to multiple audiences at once: young people exploring career pathways, employers considering apprenticeship partnerships, and community stakeholders invested in the program’s growth.

This is where the work really came alive. Sol handles full video production for CareerReady ATL — from concept through post-production — bringing the program’s impact to life in a way that data and copy alone never could. Custom illustration and animation add a layer of creative distinction that sets CareerReady ATL apart in a crowded social feed. Most recently, Sol produced and hosted a Virtual Open House webinar series that generated 30 qualified employer prospects — directly advancing CareerReady ATL’s partnership pipeline.
